Morning starts with a good breakfast, that was something that someone had said. It was not Ari. No, the girl in question was willing to follow it, but it was not her who said it. It could have been her Organoid, but that was not likely. Could it have been her zoid? She did not even know if the Fury had a name yet. Oh well, still breakfast was a good idea. So she went with it.
The base was both as active as ever, and not active at all. She had seen signs of others having been there, but most likely they were in their own things, and she had her own things to do. She still had lots to do, and lots to learn. She would go seek out the training area that she had seen on the map in the fury base, sitting up on the wall, next to the fridge. It seemed easy enough to get there, but something about it felt like she knew of it besides the map. It also had markings that suggested that someone was being cruel when they made it. Either way, she wanted to get a good day going. She was for the first time in a while smiling.
She remembered all that she had went through the other day, and it was reminding her that it was time to live. So she grabbed on a coat, ate her breakfast, and prepared herself. She was going to see what else her instincts remembered, and what she could do to improve. She thought about trying to bother the others at Fury Base, but figured they were doing things, and did not want to awkwardly try to ask for retraining. She was not even certain her team was active, though the zoids were there. She saw the two unique models, and the more usual ones next to her fury. She says usual, but most of them were of the exceptional and high output functionality types. The Shadow Fox, the Trinity Liger, the Storm Sworder, those names came to mind when she saw their forms. Those next to the Fenrir, and the Shamshir Liger. She did not really understand how, but she remembered all that.
She would carefully get into the cockpit of her Fury, and load it up, being careful to make sure to open the doors on her way out, and close them when she was safely through. Memories had flashed of her accidentally tripping the alarm a few times, so she was prepared now. She really did not know how someone that matched her would apparently be a pilot, but being one seemed natural.
She would take note of the weather, a nice cloudy but not stormy day. The wind was rolling over the hills of the nearby area, kicking up dust. She would quickly make her way outside the walls of the base, and into the direction of the training area. The memories of going through that was enough to remind her of some Woman's voice. She thought she might be the leader. It was faint, too much an echo to be able to pick up anything direct, but she felt a mix of kindness and authority in that voice. Apparently it was talking to Khongol in the memory, and there had been laughter, and interaction. New people. She remembered that there had been new people, and she was not exactly new, but she was put through it too. Their team had been larger back then. She remembered looking out the cockpit of a red command wolf, but the images that had passed through her mind vanished and she was back to being in the fury, and looking at the obstacle course.
She would smile again. Time to start training to be a pilot.
